FEATURE

The Heat Recovery Screw Air Compressor is a kind of energy-saving air compressor of energy secondary recycling type and is the national advocated green product of energy conservation and emission reduction. It won’t produce CO, SO2, black smoke and oil stain which will pollute the atmospheric environment.

Its working principal: When compressor operating, the compressed oil with heat transfer its heat to water through heat exchanger to make the water temperature grow up. The circulating pump constantly sends the circulating water to circulating water tank and recycles with the heat exchanger to make the tank water temperature much higher. As the temperature sensor’s
transmission temperature reaches above 60℃, PLC will open the water pump to send the hot water in the circulating water tank to the heat insulation water tank. When water level in the circulating water tank at lower level, PLC will close water pump and open water inlet solenoid valve to let cold water enter the circulating water tank. When cold water reaches high water level, PLC will close water inlet solenoid valve while circulating pump will open again. The whole process are all automatically controlled by PLC and no needs special person on duty.

Heat recovery screw air compressor system consists of the following parts: Exhaust heat recovery exchanger, Circulating water pump, Circulating water tank, Temperature sensor, Water level controller, Water intake solenoid valve, Water carrying pump, Heat insulating water tank, Lightning conductor, PLC Controller, and etc. For example, The maximum water flow of 90KW heat recovery screw air compressor is 74L/min, the circulating hot water volume when at 20-60℃ is 1.5m3/h. It can get 1500Kg hot water which is at 50-60℃ after running 10 hours. If everyone uses 100kg hot water, then it can supply 150 people for use and there is no need to use oil burning boiler.

With above 90% load rate, the compressor runs for 24hs every day, and each person consumes 80Kg/day in winter based on temperature rise 40℃ hot water. (The optimum temperature for human shower is 37.4℃)
